Product Overview
XS007A 35kg Industrial Brushless Magnetic Encoder Metal Gear Digital Servo
The XS007A Industrial Servo Motor is an ultra-high-torque actuator specifically engineered for industrial automation, bionic quadruped robotics, heavy-duty RC chassis, and commercial drone payloads. Combining a high-efficiency brushless motor, a contactless magnetic encoder, and a reinforced steel gear train, the XS007A delivers a massive stall torque of up to 35 kg·cm at 8.4V with long-term rotational reliability.
Brushless Motor & Contactless Magnetic Sensing
Unlike conventional servos that suffer from brush degradation and potentiometer wear, the XS007A utilizes an industrial brushless motor coupled with a digital magnetic encoder position sensor. This design guarantees friction-free position feedback, high holding resolution, fast transit speeds (down to 0.08s/60°), and an extended operational lifespan across harsh operating environments.
Reinforced Steel Gear Train & Intelligent Protection
Engineered to absorb violent impacts and heavy shock loads, the XS007A’s high-density steel gear train eliminates gear tooth sweeping during sudden directional changes. Wan Yuan’s advanced controller incorporates intelligent anti-burn software protection algorithms to shield the drive FETs during stall conditions, as well as anti-shake filtering to eliminate output jitter under continuous loads.
Industrial Thermal Design & Easy Docking
The middle housing is CNC-machined from anodized aluminum, functioning as an integrated heatsink that rapidly dissipates thermal energy during continuous high-load operations. Pre-wired with a flexible cable and a standard 3-pin JR connector, the XS007A seamlessly integrates into industrial controllers, flight control systems, and standard microcontroller buses (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32). 3D outline drawings and technical CAD models are available upon request for rapid engineering design docking.
Key Advantages & Engineering Highlights
