1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of WYOO (operated by Shenzhen Wan Yuan Transmission Co., Ltd. / Anhui Sinai Flex Network Technology Co., Ltd.). By accessing our website, placing an order, or requesting price quotations for our precision motion components, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotations & Order Acceptance

Quotations: Written price quotations provided by our sales team remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
Order Acceptance: A binding contract is established only when we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive the agreed initial deposit.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Standard catalog items and custom OEM/ODM components are subject to defined MOQ requirements.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Terms

Currency & Incoterms: All prices are quoted in USD or EUR on EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, as explicitly stated on the Proforma Invoice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), or approved payment gateways.
Payment Schedules: Standard production orders require a 30% advance deposit upon PI signing, with the remaining 70% balance payable prior to factory dispatch.

4. Shipping, Lead Times & Risk Transfer

Estimated lead times provided in quotations (typically 7–15 days for standard stock items; 3–6 weeks for custom engineering/OEM orders) are estimates only. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of goods to the designated carrier in accordance with the specified Incoterm.

5. Warranty, Inspection & Quality Claims

Standard Limited Warranty: We provide a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of factory dispatch.
Incoming Inspection: Buyer shall inspect all delivered packages immediately upon receipt. Visible transit damage or quantity shortages must be reported within 7 calendar days.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover failure resulting from improper installation, misapplication, or overloading beyond rated specifications.
